Problem:
There are problems printing from Scribe.
Probable Cause:
Security protections may restrict some Scribe functions.
Solution:
| 1. | Go to the security settings for Trusted Sites. |
| In IE, select Internet Options, then Security Tab. |
| From the Security Tab, select Trusted Sites, then Custom Level…. |
| Under the “ActiveX controls and plug-ins” section, enable the permission titled, “Initialize and script ActiveX controls not marked as safe for scripting.” |
Resolution:
Document should now print without interference.
